Refund Policy for Khaftan
At Khaftan (“we”, “us”, “our”), we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we have established this refund policy to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience.
Time Frame for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return your item(s). Returns made outside of the 30-day policy window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have the original tags and packaging intact.
- Not be a clearance item or custom-made product, as these items are non-refundable.
Process for Returns

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.
- Pack your item securely, and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined in the “Process for Returns” section.
Sale items, clearance items, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
